Het is geen nieuw probleem het is jaren terug reeds beschreven als het schouder-hand-syndroom. Vanwege de enorme toename van het aantal computers en de hieraan gerelateerde werkzaamheden zijn ook het aantal mensen met de ze zogenaamde RSI-arm toegenomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De verscheidenheid aan namen betekent over het algemeen dat men er nog niet helemaal uit is wat er nou eigenlijk aan de hand is.<\/strong> Vele factoren worden besproken. Is het een probleem van de spieren? Heeft het te maken met de wervelkolom? Spelen hormonen een rol (vrouwen hebben meer klachten dan mannen)? Stress? Is men te plichtsgetrouw? Emotioneel overbelast?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe is de werkplek etc.<\/strong> In de praktijk ziet men vaak een combinatie van factoren. Dit maakt het behandelen van RSI dan ook erg moeilijk. In de hardnekkige gevallen combineert men oefentherapie\u00a0met een gedragsmatige aanpak. Hoewel dit zeker zijn vruchten afwerpt is het niet altijd afdoende en dienen er meerdere factoren in de behandeling meegenomen te worden.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de meerdere therapie\u00ebn die in onze praktijk worden toegepast zijn we ook in staat de klachten integraal te behandelen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wie heeft er vandaag de dag nog niet van gehoord.
